Dennis Steele has worked as a training and development professional for more than 21 years. He has developed and applied his expertise as an internal and external consultant in both publicly-held and privately-held companies of various sizes. His certifications include Tracom's Social Styles, Myers Briggs, Forum's Leadership and PDI's leadership instrument. 

The diversity of Dennis' background contributes to his broad, global views of business. Included is an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA in International Business from Farleigh Dickinson. Dennis spent three and a half years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Micronesia; six years as internal training consultant and Training Manager at Reader's Digest; three and a half years at KPMG and Booz Allen & Hamilton, professional services firms with global training & development responsibilities and ten years with Performance Strategies.
