Using in baskets, assessments and many small group activities, participants focus on the role of management and new
skills required to manage. A company typically customizes this course by selecting
modules from our programs to best address skills needed. Below is a common curriculum.

- Identify key management functions and the skills required to
implement them.
- Diagnose their management strengths and weaknesses.

skills (active listening and assertion skills).
