Brief Description:	This course focuses on how to effectively plan, conduct and follow-up the performance appraisal process including goal setting, performance appraisal discussion and development planning.
Objectives:	Participants will be able to: Write realistic performance goals. Describe the components of a performance appraisal discussion. Demonstrate the communication skills needed for the discussion. Handle difficult appraisals.
Prerequisites:	Active Listening and Assertion are helpful.
