- Describe McGreggor's theory X and Y, and how this applies to their department.
- Describe Maslow's theory and how it applies to their department.
- Identify their preference for managing employees and how supervisor's behavior impacts employee motivation.
- Create an action plan to improve the motivation of at least one employee.
