Predicting Executive Success

Brief Description:

This course examines what is known empirically about executives who succeed and those who derail.  Using case studies and a checklist, participants evaluate potential derailment of a subordinate and/or themselves.

Objectives:

  • Consider derailment potential of a subordinate and/or themselves.
