Shelley
Gugig was Vice President of Training for Citibank. She managed and developed a staff of more than 30 training
professionals who were responsible for all aspects of training and development for the retail bank. She then was Vice President
of Training for Professional Development at Citibank, Shelley developed and implemented training programs for all levels in
the organization including sales, product development, systems, operations and teller services. While at Automatic Data Processing,
as Director of Training and Development, she developed a cadre of trainers to assist in the roll out of new programs. Her
Master of Arts degree from Kean College and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland were both awarded
with honors.
